How often do you find your self feeling afraid to strike up a conversation with someone you’d really like to talk to? Social connection is crucial to our happiness. Yet, most of us find it difficult to start a conversation with a stranger, believing the stranger wouldn’t want to talk to us. But this couldn’t be further from the truth!
Studies show that people are far more interested in connecting and chatting with a stranger can be just as enjoyable as talking to a friend. Even if you tend to be introverted or socially reserved, social connection can boost your joy.
During this workshop, we’ll learn and practice the art of small talk, paving the way for more social connections and happiness!
